PRACTICE AREAS

Due to the complexity of each branch of the Science of Law, is fundamental the specialization to provide service excellence, and for that reason the founder of Law Firm, with professional experience, postgraduate academic training, and research and publications, in Criminal Law, focuses his practice to criminal litigation, and Military Disciplinary Law.

• Defence of accused and victims representation as private prosecutor, natural or legal persons, in all kinds of crimes in courts created with the Criminal Procedure Reform, that is, Guarantee Courts and Criminal Oral Trial Courts, and in the not formalized ministerial investigations of the Public Ministry (Public Prosecutor's Office); and before the organs that constitute the called old system, where are the Criminal Courts (Ministers in Extraordinary Visit).
• Defence of accused and representation of aggrieved with the crime in the Military Justice system, in which are the Military Courts.
• Penitentiary defence of convicted, in matters relating to mixed penalties, fines, among others.
• Intervention in disciplinary processes of the Armed Forces, including administrative summary investigations (ASI).
• Appear before Supreme Court, Constitutional Court, Courts of Appeal and Courts Martial, for the matters indicated above.
